		<description>Yes another good Topic ,Peer Pressure, I believe you have to talk about it, to the kids, teens and others, first you have Peer Pressure leaders, those are the ones that get it started the only problem is you don&#039;t know who they are, so if we all Lead one, Teach one they will lead in a positive direction, so instead of a study being afraid to stand up in class to answer a question, when the teacher needs a answer several of them jump up, be that leader and hold ur head up high because that person who watching you what&#039;s to be like you and will respect you for being that type of leader.........................</description>

		<description>Most teens want to work ,but if we as parents spoil them too much they don&#039;t think they have to work, so it starts with us as parents, yes us.....Yes turn the Play Station off and look for a job, spring break go to Mall stop in stores to see if they hiring, they even have work programs at most schools, sometimes you just have to ask and yes parents they need our help and support................</description>
